Major life change

Hello everyone! Wow has it been a long time since I have written anything on my blog. I apologize for my absence. Our family has now grown. My husband Justin and I recently adopted a baby girl named Ayla. If you care to read more about the whole story feel free to visit our personal blog at

Alya has been the best baby sleeping a lot allowing me to get lots of designs done for the holiday season. Here are a few of my most recent designs. 

So many things happening..

I have been very busy during the last couple of months working on designs for Look Love Send as well as Snapfish. The holidays are fast approaching as much as I don't want to admit it! Last weekends burst of cool fall air made the thought of fall so much more real. Although I did find it a relief from the heat we have had this summer. Above are some designs I have been working on for Look Love Send.

Adoptive Mothers deserve great stationery too!

As a soon to be adoptive parent. I have been looking online to see what is out there for stationery for us adoptive parents to show off our families. I was somewhat discouraged and did not find the designs I was looking for. So of course being a designer myself I thought why not make more designs that are geared towards those of us who have chosen to build our families through adoption. Here are a few samples of what I have been working on.

WOW has it been awhile

Spring has sprung and what am I designing?

Well it's been a long time coming.. Spring that is.. It's been a VERY long winter full of snow and cold. Snow that even lasted through April! Ok, enough complaining about that I will leave that to facebook users! Today I am designing Holiday cards for a new up and coming stationery company called LOOK LOVE SEND. Here is just a sampling of what I have designed so far. I am about to leave this dungeon office and get some sunshine!

Craftstravaganza And Much Much More

I recently had the opportunity to participate in this years Craftstravaganza. The event took place at the fine arts building at the Minnesota state fair grounds. While we had a wet and cold start. I had a great time meeting various artist and seeing their creations. Several members of the HandmadeMN group attended.

Recently I had the opportunity to do wedding programs and invitations for an amazing couple from Texas. After the wedding I received this beautiful video preview of their wedding. I was just in awe over the quality and professional editing! And it was fun to see the programs that I designed for them too. :) You can check out the video HERE!

Love is in the Air and thoughts of an Autum Wedding...

I just finished this fall wedding invite for a client of mine! To save money and embrace the environment this wonderful couple opted to do a online RSVP, which was a folded note card with directions on the inside.
